Home Care & Nursing, run as its own practice.
Care is not a trade callout, so we do not run it inside the six property verticals. It sits apart, with its own coordinators, its own trained and certified staff, and its own supervision: qualified nurses, elderly care attendants, maternity and japa staff, and nannies placed into your home by Darani, employed and accountable to Darani.
Four kinds of household, one care team.
Elderly parents, patients recovering or medically unfit at home, expecting and newly delivered mothers, and newborns and children.
Elderly parents at home

Patients and medically unfit

A different care need
Describe the condition and the hours required. A care coordinator will prepare a recommendation with you.
Qualified nurses and trained caregivers, verified before they are ever assigned.
Every person Darani places into a home is qualified for the specific level of care requested, trained in-house, and matched to the case by a care coordinator.
Council-registered nurses
GNM and ANM nurses with Karnataka Nursing Council registration, verified certificates and documented clinical experience.
Trained in-house
Caregivers, japa staff and nannies complete Darani training in hygiene, patient handling, nutrition and emergency response.
Background verified
Identity, address and reference checks, plus a police verification record kept on file for every placement.
First aid and BLS
Basic life support, choking and fall response, and escalation drills refreshed before every long-duration deployment.
Care plan on paper
A written care plan from the discharge summary or doctor advice, with a daily log the family can read.
Supervised and replaceable
A care coordinator reviews each case, and a trained replacement is arranged if the fit is not right.
Care staffing in India is moving towards formal registration and mandatory certification. Darani trains, certifies and employs its own care staff, so the compliance sits with us, not with your family.
