Darani trains people in the trades we work in every day, and in home care and nursing. Every programme covers the theory, the practical work on live sites, and the soft skills that decide whether a technician keeps a client. Trainees who qualify are offered a place in our partner network.

Theory
Materials, tools, codes and safety standards for the trade, taught in classroom sessions with written assessment.
Practical
Supervised work on live Darani sites, so trainees finish with real jobs behind them, not just a workshop exercise.
Soft skills
Customer communication, punctuality, site etiquette, documentation and billing basics, the skills that decide repeat work.

Plumbing
Pipe fitting, leak diagnosis, CPVC and concealed work, sanitaryware installation and sump systems.
Electrical
Wiring and rewiring, DB and MCB work, load calculation, earthing and safe fault-finding practice.
Carpentry & Joinery
Hardware fitting, modular joinery, custom furniture build, door and window installation.
Painting & Wall Finishes
Surface preparation, interior and exterior systems, texture and accent finishes, wood polish.
HVAC & AC Service
Split and window AC service, gas charging, leak repair, installation and preventive AMC routines.
Tiling & Stone Work
Levelling and laying, grouting, marble and granite polishing, waterproofing integration.
Housekeeping & Facility Ops
Deep cleaning method, chemical handling and safety, tank cleaning, shift and checklist discipline.
Site Supervision
Reading drawings, sequencing trades, measurement and billing basics, quality checks and safety.
Four care tracks, trained, certified and placed.
Care work is taught separately from the trades, on care protocol rather than site practice. Graduates are employed by Darani and placed into homes under a written care plan and a coordinator.
Home Nursing Assistant
Patient handling, vitals, injections under supervision, wound and catheter care, infection control and emergency escalation.
Elderly Care & Attendant
Mobility and transfer technique, bed-sore prevention, dementia care, diet and medication routines, dignity and communication.
Maternity, Japa & Newborn Care
Post-delivery recovery support, lactation guidance, newborn bathing, sterilising, feed and sleep routines, and growth tracking.
Nanny & Child Care
Age-appropriate care and play, nutrition, hygiene, school routine, child safety, first aid and safeguarding conduct.
