Can you install a chandelier or heavy light?
Yes. Chandeliers and hanging lights are available as separate options. A secure ceiling hook is checked before mounting.
Is the work safe for my appliances?
Yes. Power is isolated before work begins and connections are tested before the job is closed.
Do you bring the switches and fittings?
The electrician can source standard branded items at MRP, or you can supply your own. Materials are charged separately.
Are spare parts included?
Labour for covered checks is included. Spare parts and materials are quoted separately and fitted only after your approval.
Can I customise the plan?
Yes. After the site walk-through we tailor the visit frequency and assets covered to your property.
What payment methods do you accept?

What does an AMC plan cover?

No. Fixed prices cover labour. If a part is needed, the plumber shows you the cost before fitting it, or you can supply your own.
What if the problem is bigger than expected?
The plumber will explain the issue and share a revised quote. Work continues only after you approve it.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, all plumbing jobs carry a 30-day warranty on workmanship.
